Marigold - base game starter

Here is the first of the three houses I`ve made in base game, taking the opportunity while I was doing a major reinstall.

The house features:

- requires NO EPs, made with base game;
- the price is 16`766 and the lot size is the smallest base game lot which is 3x2;
- there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in it, plus an open living/kitchen/dining space;
- the yard is landscaped with the small pool and the place for a driveway (this is not a real driveway,
just a place for one, marked with the concrete floor tiles)
